The roster is intentionally broad. Different genres, different identities, different visual worlds. The common thread is authorship, attention, and the refusal to make every project look or sound the same.

16Bit did not operate as a record label through these years. These are real bands and musical relationships that predate the label as it exists today, and the archive is where that history can be documented, preserved, and in some cases resurrected.

16Bit's Preferred Artist network connects finished songs and custom projects with performers whose voice, feel, and musicianship fit the work. The network is designed to grow quickly as the label and Dub Factory Studios begin operating together.
